Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application 50 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
This License Change Application has been evaluated to be a Class III amendment request and a check for $4000 is attached in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
The Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) and the solid radwaste Process Control Program (PCP) required by the NRC Standard Ef fluent Technical S pecifications will be submitted within 60 days. The ODCM is currently in the development stage and subject to extensive modifications.
Initially, PCE will anploy the radwaste solidification services of a commercial contractor using their PCP.
The PCP will be submitted when it is obtained from the commercial contractor.
PGE has transmitted a copy of this request to the Oregon Department of Energy for their consultation.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for License Change Application 50 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
