Dear Sic:
Your letter of June 26, 1978 referencing our letter of May 31, 1978 concluded "that the modifications [we] plan to make to [our] operational status alarms of the diesel generators are w eeptable. This conclusion is based on [your] understanding that the t_..in changes will be completed by not later than December 31, 1978".
Due to problems unforeseen at that time (the conflict with the Control Building proceeding), we find that we are unable to complete the agreed upon work by December 31.
Our revised completion date is now estimated to be January 31, 1979. Unless additional information is required, we will proceed on the basis that this date is acceptable.
