Petitioner hereby requests that all proceedings on the illens Creek nuclear power plant propoeat be iniefinitely suspended, for these reasons:

Se Conndssion has announced its intention of making a thorough study of its regulations to detersdne which of them are. etainted* by reliance on the rejected report. Continuation of the Allens Creek proceedings would be unuise urrier these cirmusstances; decisions nached in haste mLght subsequently be evertu: mi, resulting in costly repetition of the proceedings.

The Ccamission should determine idsether this statoannt is based on the flawed risk assessments of the Beactor Safety Study 1 if so, additional safety data on the proposed power plant model night be required (through Class 9 accidents).
3. Se Commission will doubtless be reviewing the original proceedings on the preposed Allens Creek plant, to ascertain whether those proceedings and the

Should the Atode Safety & Licensing Board fail to answer this petition within thirty (30) days, I will request iwinto certificatice of the questian to the Atomic Safety & Iicensing appeal Board, deeming my petition denied.
