APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Alabama Power Company License No. NPF-2 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on November 6-9, 1978, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in our correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
Technical Specification 6.2.2 states in part that the facility organi-zation shall be as shown on Figure 6.2-2.
Figure 6.2-2 shows the Maintenance and the Instrument and Control Supervisor reporting to the Operations Superintendent.
Contrary to the above, a recent organizational change created a Main-tenance Superintendent position with the Maintenance Supervisor and the Instrument and Control Supervisor reporting to the Maintenance Super-intendent.
This is a deficiency.
