• Developing Improvements to be implemented in mid-2020

- Improved internal processes

- Incorporation of Incident Command System (ICS) concepts

- Better external coordination

PROGRAM CHANGES

• No changes to licensee event reporting or HQ Operations Officers

• Terminology updates

- NRC Response Mode title changes

- Organization and function name changes

• More flexibility of NRC staffing & deployment

• Future exercise participation

- NRC will still participate in licensee exercises

- Considering participation in non-graded exercises

- Will no longer distinguish between region and region+HQ NRC participation
