Item 3 - Procedures have been reviewed by the station.

Some changes have been implemented, and other recommendations are being considered.

Item 4 - Operating procedures and training instruction have been reviewed.

Management has reviewed with station personnel the circumstances under which auto actuation of ESF may be over riden.

Procedures implemented to require SI remain on line as prescribed by IEB 79-05A. (Para. 4)

Item 5 - Required valve positions for ESP equipment have been reviewed on flow diagrams.

Valve lineups have been physically checked against procedures (outside containment) for all 3 units for:

Reactor Building Spray 2325 231 High Pressure Injection Low Pressure Injection Emergency Feedwater

Related procedures have been reviewed to provide assurance vlaves are returned to the proper posftion.

Item 7 - Valves in Auxiliary Fecdwater that require locking have been identified, locks ordered, and are being verified once per shif t.

Item 8 - Only one auxiliary feedwater system available on each unit.

Instruction issued to shutdown within one hour if this system become degraded.

I_ tem 9 - Review of procedures for transfer of radioactive gases and liquids out of containment is complete - revised to add caution and only permit manual transfer.

_ Item 10 - Maintenance and test procedures are being reviewed to assura equipnent is properly returned to normal.

No ESF out of service; no reportable occurrence; and no najor maintenance scheduled. Unit scheduled for refueling outage beginning 5/18/79.
