Experienced transient due to load limiter control to 0 at 4:15 April 6 from 60% power Rx pressure to 2250 max, 1975 min stable at 2100 all 1 min Pressurizer RV operated Secondary RV operated following control valve closure All ESF operated properly Operators functioned properly All operators on shift at time of transient had just been instructed on IEB 79-05A Oconee U-1, 100%, U-2 90%, U-3 100%
U-2 has condensor leak All three operating shifts instructed on IEB 79-05A R:III Davis Besse - Shutdown Startupnoeafierthan4/14 NRC instructions to operators scheduled in conjuction w/ licensee training on TMI Accident next week preceding resumption of operations.
