We have reviewed the letter from Dr. Reutter to Ms. Scott-Wasilk dated November 7, 1978, attached to your letter dated November 16, 1978, and have some concern about the trigger level of 0.5% and what this leve.1 represents in number or weight of the six species of fish listed. We have been in contact with NRR and are requesting that they perform an analysis of the impact of implementat!on of this trigger level and the adequacy of the trigger level specified.
