APR 101979 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Florida Power Corporation License No. DPR-72 Crystal River 3 Based on the NRC inspection March 13-16, 1979, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in corre-spondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required, in part, by Appendix B Technical Specifications 3.1.4.a and 3.1.4.b, oxygen saturation will be measured at dusk and dawn of consecutive days, twice monthly in the outer bay, intake canal and discharge canal at the point of discharge.
Contrary to the above, the licensee failed to measure oxygen saturation at the assigned frequency during January and February, April and June 1978, in the case of the outer bay, and January and June, 1978, in the case of the canals.
This is a deficiency.
