Our initial review of the Safeguards Contingency Plan for Hatch Nuclear Plant, Units Nos. I and 2 has indicated the need for revisions and additional i nformation. The attachment to this letter contains our coments on your submi ttal. You are requested to provide the necessary revisions to the Contingency Plan within thirty (30) days of your receipt of this letter.
Pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2, we are withholding the information provided in the attachment to this ktter from public inspection.
Withholding from public inspection does not affect the right, if any, of persons properly and directly concerned with the project to inspecJ the i nformation.
