Confirmation of Concurrence This letter refers to your letters dated January 8 and January 10, 1980, and the telephone conversation on January 11, 1980 between D. Dutton and E. Groover of your staff and T. Conion and J. Harris of this office concerning the placement of concrete pour number <, A-10A-013A and A-10A-014A and operation of the wellpoint supplemental dewaterir.g system at Vogtle Unit Nos. I and 2.
Based upon the referenced conversations and information presented in the refer-
.nced letters and attachments which respond in part to our letter dated November 29, 1979, we concur in your plans for placement of pour numbers A-10A-013A and A-10A-014A and operation of the wellpoint supplemental dewatering system.
With respect to the wellpoint supplemental dewatering system, it is our under-standing that piezometer ST-8 will be extended to elevation 141 and that a short term piezometer will be added and extend to elevation 141 on the outer north edge of the unit I tendon gallery wall (opposite SI-13) prior to operating the wellpoint dewatering system.
