This refers to your letter dated November 27, 1979, in response to our letter
dated November 1, 1979.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventative actions documented
in your letter.
It is our understanding, based on discussions with your opera-
tions personnel during the inspection and a subsequent telephone conversation
with yourself and Mr. T. Stetka on December 3,1979, that the checking for
proper installation o' locking devices is being accomplished by personnel
physically grasping and shaking the locking device to assure its' proper in-
stallation. These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection of
your licensed program.
