8 SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS 4.6.5.1.1 The steam jet air ejector suction line outside manual isolation valve shall be determined to be in the closed position by a visual inspection prior to increasing the Reactor Coolant System temperature abov,e 350*F and at least once per 31 days thereafter. i 4.6.5.1.2 The steam jet air ejector suction line inside manual isolation valve shall be determined to be sealed or locked in the closed position by a visual inspection prior to increasing the Reactor Coolant System temperature above 350*F.
