Per Environmental Technical Specification 5.6.2.b, a report dated December 18, 1979, from J. W. Stout, Jr., was submitted concerning higher than iarmal radioactive Ag-110m levels found in oyster samples near the plant. Per the request of your Mr. D. F. Johnson, this report is being submitted again in the format of an LER and assigned identification number 79-80/4T.
