SUPPLE'4ENTARY INFORMATION l. Report No. 50-302/79-065/03L-0 2. Facility: Crystal River Unit 13 3. Report Date: 2 August 1979 4. Occurrer.ce Date: 11 July 1979 5. Identification of Occurrence: One high pressure injection system flowpath ineperable contrary to Technical Specification 3.5.2. 6. Conditions Prior to Occurrence: Mode 3 Hot Standby 7. Description of Occurrence: At 1730, it was reported that "B" Loop HPI Flow Transmitter, MU-23 DPT-1, was found out of calibration during the performance of High Pressure Injection Flow Verification Test, SP-414

4aintenance actions were initiated and operability was restored.

8. Designation of Apparent Cause: The cause of this event is attributed to instruaent drift. 9. Analysis c,f Occurrence: No effect upon the plant or general public as the Redundant Emergency Care Cooling System was operable. 10.

Corrective Action

ST-23 DPT-1 was recalibrated and returned to service at 2030. No further corrective action rcquired. 11. Failure Data: This is the first occurrence of the type reported. l) bb3 l }}
