Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 Automatic Initiation of Auxiliary Feedwater In Reference (1), Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) provided its position with respect to the NRC requirement to automatically initiate the auxiliary feedwater system at Millstone Unit No. 2. In Reference (2), a description of the design, including a point-by-point discussion of compliance with each of the clarification items of Reference (3), was provided to facilitate Staff review.
During subsequent discussions, the Staf f requested still further details regarding the design. Accordingly, enclosed are copics of drawings which are intended to illustrate how compliance with the clarification items of Reference (3) was achieved. A listing of the affected drawings is attached.
