In your letter dated October 29, 1979, Duquesne Light Company provided an interim comitment for demonstrating compliance with 40 CFR 190 at the Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No.1.
The purpose of this letter is to infom you that the report required by Technical Specifications 2.4.1.8 and/or 2.4.3.3 in Apperd_ix B of your Facility Operating License, DPR-66, should include a dose assessaient with respect to conformance with 40 CFR 190, or whenever a variance to 40 CFR 190 is projected.
