APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the " Commission"), Duquesne Light Company ("DLC"),
holder of Provisional Operating License No. DPR-66, hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that license be amended to incorporate the Radiological Ef fluent Technical Specifications, to amend Appendix B to that license to delete Radiological Effluent Speci-fications and approve for use the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual.
The proposed technical specification change is set forth in Attachment A to this Application. A safety evaluation is set forth in Attachment B.
The proposed change does not involve a significant change in the types or a significant increase in the amounts of effluents or any change in the authorized power level of the facility. The change involves a single safety issue, Radiological Ef fluent Technical Specifications and is in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-66 be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachmer.t A.
Appendix B and the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual will be forwarded at a later date.
