1.0 Purpose
To provide a procedure for opezator action should the Turbine Btilding Closed Cboling Water Systs (TBCCWS) fail due to pump failure or pipe break.
2.0 Indications to the Operator: _
2.1 Failure of 7ECCWS may be indicated by one or nore of the following ala- r Indications:
2.1.1 Panel 7F - Annunciator "Q".
2.1.1.1 GBCC Water Pump 1-1 Trip 2.1.1.2 180C Water Pump 1-2 Trip 2.1.1.3 2BCC Water Pump 1-3 Trip 2.1.1.4 TBCC Water Disch. Im Press.
2.1.1.5 TBOC Water Pump Auto Start C 2.2 Other abrms a-f ated with equipuent cooled by 1BCCW may be receivr1.
3.0 Autcuatic Actions:
3.1.The standby TBCCW purp will start upcn a Im discharge har%r pressure. .

4.2.1 If only one TBCCW purrp is available and TBOCN -- W ature is rising, reduce the reacter recirculation fim to minimum using the recircu-lation fim master controller.

f 4.3 If all TBOCN pu=ps fail or a major pipe break occurs and no TBOCW pumps can be restarted and the break cannot be isolated:
