31 Deerpath Trail North Duxbury, MA, 02332 Email: rebeccajchin@hotmail.com General Comment I have serious concerns that the Holtec's PSDAR does not protect public health and safety. It relies on an outdated and inadequate site analysis. A current site specific analysis must be done to determine the clean up required to protect the public health and safety. That will determine the money required in real dollars, not just a supposition that their is enough in the Decommissioning Trust Fund to complete the clean up to Pilgrim.
Site restoration standard must return to "greenfield" for unrestricted use. Radiological standard less than 10 mrem/yr and less than 4 mrem/yr for drinking water sources. Pilgrim sits on Cape Cod bay and the long term run off could be disastrous
. Again, protection of public health and safety must come first.
