Gadle.1.., F .E., of Saint Paul, Minnesota, technical advisor of said group, to have au opportunity to inspect and copy,* if he so de-sires, all records whether or not prepared by the N.R.C. or its predecessor, tbe,A.E.C., relating to the disposal (whether intentional or accidental) by dumpi_ng iii.to Lake Michigan or discha_rge *into ~-,river of any radio-active material generated by, used in, or produced as a by-product or released as a radio-active gas into the atmosphere in connection with any operation of the B_ig Rock and Palisades Nuclear Plants operated here in Michigan by the Consumers Power Company.

This request is to include waste products, all matters relati_ng to any fines, su_ggestions, criticisms, etc. directed to Consumers Power Company by the N.R.C.

and/or the A.E.C.

The types. of rad+/-o-acti ve mate_!ial of which this information is so_ught include,

. but are not limited to, the follow:if1g:

a. Any core/cores reactor/reactors material

b. Primary and secondary coolant and coolant discharges

c. Any ion exchange resins

d. Any other radio-active material including but not limited to material made radio-active by irradiation or containi_ng ma-terial made radio-active by irradiation.

e. Any radio-active discharges into the air environment . of any radio-active gasses.
