Amendment to Indemnity Agreement No. B-46

~~~4 L. Amendment No. 8 Effective April 14, 1975, Indemnity Agreement No. B-46 dated August 4, 1970, between Florida Power 6 Light Company and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

Item 4 Location is deleted and replaced by the following

of Units 3 6 4 of Turkey Point Po~er Station designated as the "nuclear area" on drawing PA-2, attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Turkey Point Power Station is located on the shores of Biscyane Bay approximately twenty-five (25) miles south of Miami, Florida.
