Docket Nos.: 50-250, 50-251 52-040,52-041 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-46 AMENDMENT NO. 13 Effective April 12, 2018, Indemnity Agreement No. B-46, between Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated August 4, 1970, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Item 3 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified by adding the following licenses:
Item 3 - License number NPF-104 (From 12:01 a.m., April 12, 2018)
NPF-105 (From 12:01 a.m., April 12, 2018)
Item 4 of the Attachment to the Indemnity Agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefore:
Item 4 - Location All of the premises including the land and all buildings and structures of FPL Units 3, 4, 6, and 7, located on approximately 9,400 acres in unincorporated southeast Miami-Dade County, Florida, east of Florida City and the City of Homestead and bordered by Biscayne Bay to the east, as illustrated in the attached diagram.
