Mail a document entitled "Supplement No. 2 to Application for Licenses" in one volume pertaining to the Florida Power 6c Light Company Turkey Point Nuclear Generat:ing Units Nos. 3 and 4, and further that these documents were properly stamped and addressed to The Honorable Porter V. Homer, County Manager of Metropolitan Dade County.
