Figure 2.,1-1 A note is added to the reactor core thermal and hydraulic safetv limit curves for 3-loop operation to indicate that the curves are applicable when steam generator tube plugging is less than or equal to 15%.
Additional reactor core, thermal and hydraulic safety limit curves for 3-loop operation have been developed to incor-porate a reactor coolant system flow rate of'88 thermal design flow.
These curves will be applicable when steam generator tube plugging is greater than 15% but less than or equal

A note is added to lower the factor 1.11 in the Overpower hT equation to 1.10 when steam generator tube plugging is greater than 15% but less than or equal to 19%.
Page 3.1-7 for Unit 3 and page 3.1-7a for Unit 4 are com-bined into one page applicable to both units.
A note is added to lower the "reactor coolant flow" DNB parameter from 268,500 gpm to 263,130 gpm when steam generator tube plugging is greater than 15% but less than or equal to 19%.
Page 3.2-3 The hot channel factors of Specification 3. 2.6 are revised to provide separate specifications for steam generator tube plugging less than or equal to 15 percent and for tube plugging greater than 15 percent but less than or equal to 19 percent.
The proposed amendment has been reviewed by the Turkey Point Plant Nuclear Safety Committee and the Florida Power
& Light Company Nuclear Review Board.
They have concluded that it does not affect the health and safety of the public..
A safety evalua-tion is attached.
