This submittal provides responses to the Request for Supplemental Information (RSI) forwarded by the letter referenced above. Enclosure 2 herein provides a proprietary version of the response to the RSI and Observation (OBS) items. provides a public version of these responses. Each RSI and OBS response has a section stating the impact of the response on the application, both Technical Specifications (TS) and updated final safety analysis report (UFSAR),
indicating which sections, tables, etc., have been changed. Enclosure 4 provides descriptions of additional changes that are not associated with the RSI. Enclosure 5 provides a listing of the CoC 1042 Amendment 1 TS changes, along with a justification, resulting from these RSI and OBS responses and additional changes. provides a list of changed TS and UFSAR pages. Enclosure 7 provides a complete update to the TS, denoted as Amendment 1 Application, Revision 1. provides the UFSAR changed pages and drawings associated with this Amendment 1 Application, Revision 1. A public version of this enclosure is provided in Enclosure 9. The Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) changed pages include a footer on each changed page annotated as 72-1042 Amendment 1, Revision 1, June 2018.

The new changes, associated with the RSI and OBS responses and additional changes herein are further annotated with rectangles enclosing the changed areas and an indication of which RSI or OBS or additional change is associated with the changes.
Certain portions of this submittal include proprietary information, which may not be used for any purpose other than to support the NRC staff's review of the application. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, TN Americas LLC is providing an affidavit (Enclosure 1) specifically requesting that this proprietary information be withheld from public disclosure. The submittal also includes security-related information. 0 provides a listing of the computer files associated with Coe 1042 Amendment 1. 1 contains the computer files associated with this amendment submittal.
Since 1 contains entirely proprietary information, no public version is provided.
This submittal is being provided as an electronic submission, using the optical storage media (OSM) provision from Section 4 of the NRC Guidance for Electronic Submissions to the NRC.
Accordingly, we have included a Document Components listing and OSM #1, OSM #2, and OSM #3 listings at the end of this cover letter.
