Enclosure 5 to E-51535 List of New CoC 1042 Amendment 1 Technical Specifications Changes and Justifications Page 1 of 1 Changed Technical Specifications (TS) Area Justification Table of Contents, List of Tables, and List of Figures Updated.
1.1 As described in the response to RSI 8-2, the definition for CONTROL COMPONENTS has been revised to add Burnable Absorber Assemblies (BAAs).
1.1 As described in the response to RSI 8-1, the definitions for DAMAGED FUEL and FAILED FUEL have been revised.
2.1 and 2.2 - Heat Load Zone Configuration and Fuel Qualification Portion As described in Enclosure 4, Item 1.1, changes have been made to clarify the maximum allowable heat load discussion.
4.2.2 As described in Enclosure 4, Item 1.2, changes have been made to reinsert and edit a statement regarding the storage pad location having no potential for liquefaction.
4.3.2 As described in the response to RSI 8-6, the design features of the High Strength Low Alloy Steel for the Basket structural material have been revised.
