SALEM GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 Enclosed is a Withdrawal Notice which will be published in the Federal Register withdrawing your November 19, 1985 application as requested in your December 9, 1988 letter. This application requested deletion of Appendix B, the Environmental Technical Specifications (ETS), and the substitution of an Environmental Protection (EPP), for the ETS.
