REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL OF LICENSE CHANGE REQUEST 84-23 FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR-70 AND DPR-75 SALEM GENERATING STATION UNITS NOS. 1 AND 2 DOCKET NOS. 50-272 AND 50-311 On November 19, 1985, PSE&G submitted LCR 84-23 requesting deletion of Appendix B,-the Environmental Technical Specifications and the substitution of these with the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP).
PSE&G requests the withdrawal of this LCR.
The format of the EPP has changed and the present LCR is no longer applicable.
A new LCR will be submitted in the near future to reflect the current EPP.
