APPENDIX A NOTICE. OF VIOLATION Public Service Electric and Gas Company Docket No~ 50-311 Based on the result of an NRC inspection conducted on September 10 - October 6, 1979, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations and the conditions of your NRC Facility License No. CPPR-53 as indicated below.
This item is an infraction.
10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion V states that "Activities affecting quality shall be prescribed by documented instructions, procedures or drawings *** and shall be accomplished_ in accordance with these instructions, procedures or drawi.ngs.

11 Contrary to the above, documentary evidence attached to the portable fire extinguishers identified below, examined on October 4, 1979, indicated previous inspections had not been conducted within a month.
