Attached is a copy of the Heeting minutes.
A Unit 3 Task Checklist is provided as Appendix A and a Unit 3 Issues Checklist is provided as Appendix B.

The requirements of MC 0350 were stated and the Task Checklist was discussed.
The responsibility for each is delineated in the checklist in Appendix A.
Selected items from the Issues Checklist were discussed and an updated checklist is provided as Appendix B.
The next meeting of the panel will be at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant on March 21, 1995.
The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m.,
CST in the Resident Inspector's offices.

DRP (York) Determine whether a SALP has to be performed on a unit that has been shutdown for an extended period before its restart.
