SP-1, SP-2, and SP-3 Packaging, dated January 17, 2018 In conjunction with Reference [2] above, TN Americas LLC hereby requests the transfer of the Certificate of Compliance (CoC) 9248, currently in the name of TN Americas LLC to Framatome, Inc.,
effective February 14, 2018.
Other aspects of the Coe transfer relative to the recipient's quality assurance program and regulatory commitments are addressed in Framatome, Inc.' s corresponding request letter.
