Request for Five Year Renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9248 for the Model No. SP-1, SP-2, and SP-3 Packaging; Docket No. 71-9248 Framatome Inc. (Framatome), per the provisions of 10 CFR 71.38, formally requests a five year renewal of Certificate of Compliance 9248 for the SP-1, SP-2, and SP-3 packaging. The expiration date of the current certificate is April 30, 2024. No other changes to the certificate are requested.
