APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Carolina Power and Light Company License Nos.
CPPR-158 CPPR-159 CPPR-160 CPPR-161 Based on the NRC inspection July 14-16, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Section 2F(5) of the Construction Permits and Section 4.6.l.l.c of the Revised Final Environmental Statement referenced
- therein, road dust will be minimized.
Contrary to t'e above, on July 16-18; 1980, inspection disclosed that the licensee failed to minimize onsite road dust generated by routine construc-tion activities and vehicular traffic.
This is a deficiency.
A similar item was brought to your attention in our letter dated December 12, 1978.
