During this conversation, concurrence was obta~med to drill holes for replacement ein-forcing bars and test bars as well as to install and grout test bars.
Your office vtl1 be notified prior to the pull test on test: bars which will'e on or about December 17, 1979, Your conffrmation of concurrence letter datec November 13, 1979 has been eceived and documents your concur"ence on this matter.
The pull test will follow the 23-day cure period for the g out.
