Shearon Harris Technical Evaluation Report for S(}RT and PVORT Audits Enclosed is one copy each of the Seismic gualification Review Team (SgRT) and the Pump and Valve Operability Review Team (PVORT) Trip Reports.
The reports were prepared by the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory staff who participated in the audits.
These reports describe detailed audit findings, however, they do not incorporate the information subsequently provided by the Carolina Power and Light Company to resolve certain issues which are discussed in Supplement No.
3 to the Shearon Harris Safety Evaluation Report.
