Justin, John asked me to send to him the construction issues reported by the NRC and workers at our meeting with him at your headquarters. I didnt hear back from him. This is why I asked him if he had received it. Seabrook's construction years showed a series of issues with concrete. As ASR is not passive, and active and Seabrooks ASR is more quickly getting worse long before NextEra stated and the NRC agreed. The NRC should carefully go through the Seabrook report. This movement in the CEB is a safety issues.
