Re: St. Lucie Unit 1 Docket No. 50-335 Proposed License Amendment Ade uacy of Station Electrical Distribution In accordance with 10 CF 50.30, Florida Power & Light Company submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating License DPR-67.

This amendment is submitted as requested by the NRC to provide Technical Specifications on undervoltage relays for degraded grid conditions.

The specifications marked with an asterisk deal with the additional relays on the 4.16YV and 480V busses which will be added. These specifications should not apply to these relays until the plant change/modifications to install the relays are complete.

The proposed amendment is described bel ow.

Page 3/4 3-15 Table'3.3.4 is modified to add time de'lay settings to the loss of voltage trip setpoint and to add specifications for degraded voltage trip setpoints.

Page 3/4 3-19 Table 4.3-2 is modified to add surveillance requirements for additional undervoltage relays.

Pages 3/4 3-11, 3-13 Table 3.3-3 is modi fied to require a minimum number of channels to be operable for undervoltage relays and to add the applicable actions s ta teme nt.
