Seismic Qualification (SQRT) Audit - Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station By 1'etter dated January 7, 1983, you updated the Palo Verde 'checklists origi-nally submitted on May 14, 1982 for the Seismic Qualification Review Team (SQRT).
As a result of our review of the checklists, we have identified the 23 items of equipment for which We will conduct a site audit on February 15-17, 1983.
The 23 items are listed in the Enclosure and have been discussed with Mr. Terry Quan of your staff.
lie request that you submit, about two weeks prior to the site audit, a
completed "Qualification Summary of Equipment" form (shown on pages 1-8 through 1-12 of your May 14 checklist submittal), for each of the-'23 items of equipment selected.
This information will be used by the SQRT members in preparation
<for and jn the performance of their audit.
