The NRC staff is working closely with members of your staff to. resolve the outstanding licensi,ng issues.

Enclosed is a list of those issues which must be resolved before an operating license can be issued.

We encourage you to continue your cooperation'Sin this area.

We have also received your letter dated July 26, 'l983 listing the preoperational and acceptance tests which you propose'o complete after fuel-loading.

We will inform you after we have completed our revieu! of your request.

Ile also understand that you are currently reassessing your scheduled date of plant readiness for fuel loading.

We look forward to receiving the results of that reassessment.
