Re: St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 Proposed License Amendments Administrative U date In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) submits herewith a request to amend Facility Operating Licenses DPR-67 and NPF-16 for St. Lucie Units 1 and 2, respectively.

These amendments are submitted to make administrative changes to the St. Lucie Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specifications and St. Lucie Unit 2 Operating License, to achieve consistency throughout the Technical Specifications, remove outdated material, make minor text changes, and correct errors.

Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter include the proposed Units 1 and 2 Technical Specification changes, respectively.

Attachment 3 includes the change proposed to the St. Lucie Unit 2 Operating License. Attachment 4 is the Safety Analysis in support of the proposed amendment. Attachment 5 is a "Determination of No Significant Hazards Consideration".

The proposed amendment has been reviewed by the St. Lucie Facility Review Group and the Florida Power & Light Company Nuclear Review Board.
