REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (TAC 54485)
In conducting our review of your March 13, 1984 submittal relating to "An Evalua-tion of the Natural Circulation Cooldown Test Performed at the San Onofre Nuclear Generator Station" with applicability to the St. Lucie Plant, Unit No. 2, we have determined that we will need additional information identified in the enclosure to continue our review.
In order for us to maintain our review schedule, your response is requested within 30 days of your receipt of this letter.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than 10 respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.

-Performed at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station,"
CEN-259.
Are there any other safety grade cooling water sources (i.e., in addition to that from the condensate storage tank) available for cooldown of Unit 2 under natural circulation conditions7 If there are then provide an estimate of the additional amount available from each, and describe the method by which the water is added.
