SUMMARY
OF MEETING TO DISCUSS NATURAL CIRCULATION TESTING On November 4, 1982, members of the NRC staff met with SCE and Combustion Engineering in Bethesda, Maryland, to discuss the Natural Circulation Test Program for San Onofre Unit 2. Specifically, the nine NRC concerns iden tified in a meeting with SCE on September 9, 1982 were discussed in detail.
The agenda for the November 4, 1982 meeting and a list of the nine NRC concerns are given in Attachments 1 and 2. At the concf1usion of the meeting it was agreed that SCE would submit for the staff review the information provided at the meeting.
