Dear Hr. Sylvia:
By letter dated September 1,
1994, you applied for an amendment to the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit No.
1 Operating License No. DPR-63.
The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to Pressure/Temperature Limits.
On September 22,
- 1995, NRC denied the amendment
- request, and issued a safety evaluation setting forth the basis for the denial.
Subsequently, by letter dated October 27,
- 1995, you requested to withdraw the amendment request.
By letter dated October 30,
- 1995, NRC granted the withdrawal of your amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
