Following review

by

my staff,

we

have

issued

a Notice of Violation for the

Independent

Assessment

Team Inspection finding concerning

the inadequate

vibra-

tion monitoring of the reactor building closed

loop cooling pumps.

This viola-

tion was categorized

as Severity

Level IV according to

10 CFR Part 2, Appendix

C (Enforcement

Policy).

Because

you

have

taken

prompt corrective

action

and

the

resident

inspectors

have

reviewed

those

actions

and

found

them satisfac-

tory,

no response

to this violation is required.
