members of your staff at the
conclusion of the inspection.
This inspection
was conducted
to review the circumstances
leading to the
Unit 2 shutdown
on September
2,
1987 initiated to comply with Technical
Specifications.
The inspectors
identified several
apparent violations during
their review of the events.
We intend to schedule
an enforcement
conference
to discuss
these matters
