The NRC staff has completed its review of the Hilti bolt issue at Diablo Canyon and has concluded that the Hilti bolt allegation has been resolved.
The enclosed safety evaluation provides the details and basis for our conclusion.
Accordingly, we consider Allegation Number NRR-87-A-0008, and TIA-RV-87-13 to be complete for Diablo Canyon.
This completes NRC staff activities on TAC Nos.
65292 and 65293.
