A member of our staf f recently visited the local public document room for Diablo Canyon which is located in the San Luis Obispo County Library in San Luis Obispo.
During this visit it was noted that the correspondence, documents, safety analysis reports, etc., related to the
'>I.ablo Canyon application were rather poorly organized; in fact, the maI.crisis were actually located in several different locations around the library building.
As in our letter of October 10,
- 1973, we would like to remind you again that it is our res onsibilit to have one of our re resentatives make periodic checks of the material available in the local document room to assure that revised and supplemental information is properly incor-porated into that copy of the application and the Final Safety Analysis
- Report, and that any amendments,
- reports, letters and notices pertaining to the application have been filed in an orderly manner.
If you encounter situations where documents of this type are missing, please provide them if you have copies available.
If not, please advise us so that the missing information can be provided.
