Examination Summary:

This weld was examined from the inside surface using AIRIS-21 and Dynaray examination equipment.

No recordable indications were detected during this examination.

Examination Angles for each probe included: PA60°-80°L, PA40°-50°S, PA30°-6Q 0 L, & PA0°L.

Examination tfs 3 - 8 were divided into sections a - c.

Examination tfs 15 - 20 were divided into sections a - d.

Remarks This examination was limited due to the proximity of the core support lugs. The examination coverage was 88%.
