In the Reference 1 letter, Exelon Generation submitted the License Renewal Application (LIRA) for the LaSalle County Station, Units I and 2. In the Reference 2 letter, the NRC requested additional information to support the Staff's review of the LaSalle County Station Applicant's Environmental Report (Appendix E to the LRA). In the Reference 3 letter, Exelon Generation responded to the requests for additional information (RAls) contained in the Reference 2 letter.

Enclosure A to the Reference 3 letter provided a cross reference index linking the Staff's RAls (from the Reference 2 letter) with Index Item Numbers 001 through 058 assigned to the Exelon Generation responses, which were included in Enclosure C to the Reference 3 letter. A*I*-

September 21, 2015 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 The purpose of this letter is to resubmit, without substantive change, the Exelon Generation response designated as Index Item Number 058 in Enclosure A to the Reference 3 letter because the originally submitted response was not posted in the ADAMS database.

Each document included herein that was attached, to the response sheet for Index Item Number 058* and was not prepared by Exelon *Generation or its contractors ,(i~e., ithe document is a "Non-

.Exelon" document) :is marked with t*he designation "Non-Exelon" on the *first* page. Exelon Generation did not Control development of such documents. Accordingly, while Exelon.

Generation believes the information in the documents to be accurate and complete, we cannot make any specific representation as to the accuracy or completeness of the documents.

In early *July 2015, an information-only copy of the Reference 3 *letter and all enclosures thereto, including those being resubmitted with this letter, was PrOvided on compact disc to the NRC License Renewal Environmental Project Manager to facilitate Staff review of the information.

This letter and its enclosures contain no regulatory commitments.
